The Vanguardia Liberal ( German Liberal Vanguard ) is a Colombian regional newspaper that has been published since September 1, 1919 in Bucaramanga , the capital of the Departamento de Santander in northeast Colombia. The sheet was founded by Alejandro Galvis Galvis , whose descendants are their current owners.
