Vebjørn Berg (born April 1, 1980 in Hamar ) is a Norwegian sports shooter specializing in air and small-bore rifles .

Vebjørn Berg starts for Stange Sportsskyttere . He missed the final round of the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing in the competition with the air rifle as 22nd. In the small caliber competitions, he moved into both finals. In the three-position battle, the Norwegian finished eighth, in the prone position he just missed a medal in fourth. With 3517 points, Berg holds the world record with Espen Berg-Knutsen and Magnus Wohlen in the team competition at 300 meters, with 1751 points with Berg-Knutsen and Hans Bakken with the standard rifle at 300 meters also in the team competition. The records were set in 2006 and 2005. At the 2002 World Championships in Lahti , he won gold in the prone position with the small-bore rifle over 50 and 300 meters. Four years later he won two gold medals again in Zagreb , over 300 meters in the prone position and in the three-position fight. There are also two silver and one bronze medal.
