Vebjørn Turtveit (born August 12, 1994 ) is a Norwegian cross-country skier .

Career

Turtveit won the title over 10 km freestyle in age group 18 at the Norwegian Nordic Junior Ski Championships 2012 at Holmenkollen in Oslo and made his debut in the Scandinavian Cup two years later in December 2014 in Lillehammer , where he finished fourth over 15 km Freestyle achieved a top 5 placement; with rank 20 he also placed in the sprint in the points . In January 2015, he achieved his second top 15 placement with eleventh place over 15 km freestyle. In February 2016, Turtveit made his debut in the cross-country skiing world cup at the 50 km classic mass start race on Holmenkollen in Oslo . There he placed 25th in the points straight away.
