The Velký Klín (German Great Käuligberg ) is a 1178 m high mountain in the Jeseníky Mountains in the northeast of the Czech Republic, about 6.5 km northwest of the Altvater .

Velký Klín is a well-known peak near the town of Bělá pod Pradědem between the Czech national road No. 44 on the Jeseník - Šumperk route and the 450 Bělá pod Pradědem - Bruntál road . The mountain is located in the Jeseníky Mountains (Pradědská hornatina) along a side branch of the main ridge of the Jeseníky Mountains, which extends from the Roterbergsattel to the Fichtling pass (Skřítek).

The mountain range in which the Velký Klín lies is called in German, analogous to the Czech name, Großer Keil, and has a characteristic two-humped shape, of which the upper hump is the Große Käuligberg itself and the approximately 100 m lower hump of the Jeřáb ( Käulig-Steine) is.
The Velký Klín is the northernmost mountain in the Altvater massif and borders on the two microregions of the Kepernik massif (Keprnická hornatina) and the Bärenfang Berland (Medvědská hornatina).
The mountain is bounded from the southwest by the Rotenbergpass (Červenohorské sedlo) with a height of 1080 m above sea level, in the south by the Käuligwiese (Velký Klínovec). To the southeast are the Katzenstein (Výrovka), the Little Käuligberg (Malý Klín), behind which the Little Father Mountain (Malý Děd, German also: Leiterberg) and the nature reserve High Waterfall (Vysoký vodopád) extend. To the west, the Großer Käuligberg is bounded by the Rotenbergwasser valley (Červenohorský potok). To the east of the mountain range, the bed of the high water event (Studený Potok) and the Stone Soap flow (Javorový Potok) is the valley of the river Bela ( Bela ) forms the border to Bärenfang Highlands.
