Veni Vidi Vicious is the second and most successful music album of the Swedish alternative rock - band The Hives . Known for the album are the releases Hate to Say I Told You So , Die, All Right! and Main Offender . The title of the album is based on the saying " Veni, Vidi, Vici " ("I came, I saw, I won") by Julius Caesar after his successful Gaul campaign, but 'Vicious' means 'evil' or 'vicious' . The German magazine Visions led Veni Vidi Vicious on their published 2019 list of Swedish 55 best rock albums.
