Venise Chan (born May 30, 1989 in Hong Kong ), often also Chan Wing-Yau , is a former tennis player from Hong Kong.

Career

Chan started playing tennis at the age of seven. She won six singles and two doubles titles at the ITF Women's Circuit . She played her first game for the Hong Kong Fed Cup team on April 20, 2006, defeating Singapore's Lee Wei-Ping 6: 3 and 6: 0. In her total of 22 games until February 2013, she celebrated 16 wins.

In 2014, she played a single match in the main draw of a WTA tournament (double competition in Hong Kong ; defeat at the side of her compatriot Wu). In December 2014, she failed twice in qualifying an ITF tournament; since then she has not competed on the women's tour.
