Venus 22

The sailing boat Venus 22 is a sailing yacht for sailing on inland waters and in the inland / near-coast sea waters. It is a yacht with a half- keel and keel that serve as ballast. The small cruiser Venus 22 is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic (GRP) using the hand lay-up process. For a sailboat of this size, the Venus 22 has a spacious cabin with cooking facilities / pantry and sleeping places / bunks for four to five people (a large double bed in the bow , a narrow double bed opposite the galley and a dog bunk ). The sailboat is built as a back decker and has a headroom of 1.45 m in the cabin .

The sails have the following areas: mainsail 9 m², jib 8.7 m² and genoa 13 m². The Venus 22 has a yardstick number of 118 KKS = short keel with sword according to the German Sailing Association. V. and its classification in 2018.
