The Vereinsbank Victoria Bauspar AG (VVB) was a building society based in Munich . VVB was 70 percent owned by HypoVereinsbank and 30 percent by Ergo insurance group . It was founded in 1991 by Bayerische Vereinsbank , Victoria AG and DAS .

In 1999 it was merged with Heimstatt, which was founded in 1928 (also a building society).

In 2007, VVB had total assets of approx. 2.21 billion euros and approx. 465,000 customers who were served by approx. 290 employees. 512,130 home loan and savings contracts with a home loan and savings sum of 10,694 million euros were managed.

On September 29, 2009 the Vereinsbank Victoria Bauspar AG was merged with Wüstenrot Bausparkasse AG.
