Annunciation window in Rimou

The Annunciation window in the Catholic Church of Notre-Dame in Rimou , a French parish in the Ille-et-Vilaine department in the Brittany region , was created in 1934 by Atelier Rault. The stained glass window was added to the list of listed objects ( Base Palissy ) in France in 1955 as Monument historique .

Window no. 2 depicts the Annunciation . The Archangel Gabriel approaches Mary from the left, his right hand raised in a gesture of blessing . In 1992 the window was restored by Atelier Hembold.

The Holy Family and the Coronation of Mary windows in the Notre-Dame church are also classified as Monument historique. They come from the same workshop.
