Distribution circle Trier

The distribution circle , in common parlance also called distribution ring, is a roundabout in Trier in the north part of the city , which among other things connects the A 602 to the city. Four streets lead to the intersection: Zurmaiener Straße , Loebstraße, Parkstraße and Herzogenbuscher Straße .

Nells Park is located at the distribution circuit . The area surrounding the distribution group is characterized by commercial operations such as a Ratio branch, a Globus hardware store , a Dm-drogerie markt , a Lidl branch and the Trier Arena . Via Loebstraße there is a connection to the north industrial area and further to the Ruwer district .

There is also an important Park & ​​Ride car park at the distribution circuit .

Until 1970 the distribution circle was used as a turning loop for the Trier trolleybuses .
