Representative Assembly

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The representative assembly represents the members of an organization.

Cooperative bank

After the general or plenary assembly of all members, the representative assembly is the most important organ of a cooperative bank . It may be formed as soon as the number of members in a bank exceeds 1500 and the articles of association provide for this ( Section 43a of the Cooperative Society Act ). It then replaces the General Assembly. The representative assembly decides, like the general assembly, z. B. about the appropriation of profits of the bank, the composition of the supervisory board or about important changes.

Professional associations

The main decisions in employers' liability insurance associations are made by committees made up of equal numbers of employer and insured person representatives, the board of directors and the assembly of representatives.

Social Insurance Agency (Germany)

The highest decision-making body of the social security agencies in Germany is the representative assembly.

Statutory (dental) medical associations

The highest decision-making body of the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians (KV), the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Dentists (KZV), the Federal Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians (KBV) and the Federal Association of Statutory Health Insurance Dentists (KZBV), all corporations under public law, is the representative assembly.
