Administrative court Neustadt an der Weinstrasse

The Neustadt an der Weinstrasse administrative court is a court of administrative jurisdiction and one of four administrative courts in Rhineland-Palatinate . It is based in Neustadt an der Weinstrasse . Elisabeth Faber-Kleinknecht has been the President of the Administrative Court since April 2010.

Judicial district

The judicial district includes the cities of Frankenthal (Pfalz), Kaiserslautern, Landau in der Pfalz, Ludwigshafen am Rhein, Neustadt an der Weinstraße, Pirmasens, Speyer and Zweibrücken as well as the districts Bad Dürkheim, Germersheim, Kaiserslautern, Kusel, Rhein-Pfalz-Kreis, Südliche Weinstrasse, Südwestpfalz and the Donnersbergkreis.

The next higher court is the Higher Administrative Court of Rhineland-Palatinate , which has its seat in Koblenz . The Federal Administrative Court in Leipzig is superordinate to this.
