Gear Office
As teeth Office is called in Germany the end offices in the official races in which the offices are on the stipend legal classification in each case for two races. They are the highest offices that can be reached in the lower career path to the next higher career path, where they represent the entry office in terms of salary law. Teeth offices are usually associated with a management position (specifically functional office). Interlinked offices are also called top positions of the respective career and are often shown accordingly in the position plans for the budget plans (e.g. Upper Government Office Council = BesGr. A 13 S).
In the general administration , the gear department is in
- simple service to middle service, e.g. B. Senior Master / Secretary, BesGr. A 6,
- middle service to higher service, e.g. B. Government Office Inspector / Government Inspector, BesGr. A 9,
- higher service to higher service, e.g. B. Senior Government Councilor / Government Councilor, BesGr. A 13.
A specialty are obviously the following individual offices (concrete-functional) in federal states for the area of judicial administration or the prison service; they are not classic interlocking offices in terms of career law:
- From simple service to middle service , e.g. B. as head of a judicial police station : salary group A 6
- From middle service to higher service , e.g. B. as head of a local court : salary group A 10
- From the higher service to the higher service , e.g. B. as manager of a local court: salary group A 14
