Vestax KK ( Japanese ベ ス タ ク ス 株式会社 , Besutakusu Kabushiki kaisha , English Vestax Corporation ) was a Japanese manufacturer of DJ equipment and electric guitars based in Setagaya .

Founded in 1977 as a manufacturer of electric guitars, the field of production expanded to include DJ equipment, in particular DJ mixers and DJ turntables , in the 1980s . Vestax has repeatedly shaped the DJ scene through innovative approaches. In 2014 Vestax ceased business operations.
