history

VfL Waldkraiburg was founded on September 22nd, 1948 as an association for physical exercises in Kraiburg-Hart. This association was founded on February 27, 1951 in the association for physical exercises Waldkraiburg e. V. and currently has the departments Aikido, Badminton, Boxing, Figure Skating, Fistball, Soccer, Handball, Ju-Jutsu, Karate, Athletics, Medieval Martial Arts, Swimming, Ski and Snowboard, Tennis, Table Tennis, Tri and Bike, Gymnastics, Floorball and volleyball. Until 1991 the club also had an ice hockey department, which has existed as a separate department since 1991 as EHC Waldkraiburg .

Soccer

The football department was founded in 1959. Today it consists of men and women teams. The association provides teams from U-13s up to two senior teams each and currently consists of around 400 members. The first men's team currently plays in the district league Oberbayern Ost, while the women play in the district league.
