Vickery Island is an uninhabited island in the northern part of the King Sound , an Australian coastal body of water in the Indian Ocean . It belongs to the Kimberley region in the Australian state of Western Australia . It is 8.4 kilometers from mainland Australia.
The island is 440 meters long and 180 meters wide. The closest islands are Scott Island and Wybron Island .
