Victor Pichlmayr

Victor Pichlmayr (born January 28, 1927 in Munich ; † November 2, 2012 in Munich ) was a German moderator who was known for the physics and chemistry programs of the Telekolleg .

Life

Victor Pichlmayr studied physics and mathematics and became a high school teacher. He then switched to teaching at what was then the State Building School in Munich.

In 1966 he started at the Telekolleg . He was also able to convey complicated issues in an understandable way and also wrote the scripts for the programs. He stood in front of the camera for a total of over 90 physics, 26 chemistry and 13 technology lessons.

In 1970 the Munich State Building School became the Munich University of Applied Sciences (today Munich University of Applied Sciences ), and Pichlmayr became Professor of Physics specializing in building physics. In addition to the 130 scripts for the telekolleg , he wrote a collection of physics formulas.
