Victoria is a city in the southwest of the Entre Ríos province in Argentina . It is located on the eastern bank of the Paraná . It has been connected to the opposite city of Rosario (Santa Fe) by the Rosario-Victoria Bridge since 2003 .

The story goes back to the establishment of an oratorio in 1810.

The village has only borne the name Victoria since 1829, and was elevated to a town in 1851. In 1876 the main church, the Basilica of Our Lady of Aránzazu, was consecrated. In 1899 Benedictines from Belloc founded the Niño Dios Abbey .
