Vida Stasiūnaitė
Vida Stasiūnaitė (born July 16, 1953 in Joniškėlis , Pasvalys Rajon , Lithuanian SSR ) is a Lithuanian politician, former mayor of Šiauliai .
Life
After graduating from high school after attending school from 1961 to 1972 at the 8th Šiauliai Middle School , she completed her studies from 1972 to 1977 at the Vilniaus inžinerinis statybos institutas . From 1992 to 1995 she was deputy mayor of Šiauliai, from 1995 to 1997 deputy director of “Šiaulių skrydis”, from 2000 to 2001 mayor of Šiauliai. Since 2002 she has been the director of the innovation and technology park at the University of Šiauliai , where she also teaches.
