Viernling

Viernling was a Rhine-Bavarian volume measure for grain .

The Viernsel mentioned here only had 25 liters in the Rhine Province, otherwise 27 8/25 liters in Wiesbaden , 27 4/5 liters in Baden and in the Grand Duchy of Hesse (only here the measure was equal to 1 Simmer), 27 ⅓ liters.
