The Vierseenblick is a 273 m high vantage point above the town of Boppard in the Rhein-Hunsrück district in Rhineland-Palatinate . It is located west of the Bopparder Hamm vineyard on the Middle Rhine . Below the viewpoint is
- the Gedeonseck , which is named after the poet and theologian Gedeon von der Heide . This should like to have stayed there. Today there is a restaurant with a panoramic terrace from which the entire Rhine loop from Boppard can be overlooked.
- the end point of the Boppard chairlift .
At the Vierseenblick vantage point , the slate slopes and the Rhine bend overlap in such a way that the optically deceptive impression is created that there are four individual lakes.
