The vicariate of Perejaslav-Khmelnytskyi and Vyshneve (Russian: Переясла́в-Хмельни́цкое и Вишневское викариа́тство ) is a vicariate of the Kiev Eparchy of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church . The center and seat of the vicar bishop is Perejaslav .

The vicariate has existed with different names and has existed for many years as an independent eparchy since 1054.
