Viktor Kleinert

Viktor Kleinert (born July 12, 1913 in Bern ; † September 1990 in Bremgarten near Bern ) was a Swiss entrepreneur and non-fiction author.

Life

Viktor Kleinert was originally an insurance agent. He ran the general agency of Swiss Mobiliar in Bern and also published books on insurance. In the 1960s he founded a successful real estate company (Viktor Kleinert Group). In the 1980s he was one of the richest Swiss. At the beginning of the 1990s, the Viktor Kleinert Group got into trouble during the Swiss real estate crisis and finally had to file for bankruptcy.

In the 1970s, Viktor Kleinert acquired Bremgarten Castle from the Wassmer family , which he renovated and where he lived from 1978 until his death.
