Viktors Koržeņevičs (born July 9, 1987 in Riga ) is a Latvian volleyball and beach volleyball player .

Career

Koržeņevičs began his career in his hometown with SK Riga. From there, the middle blocker moved to the Finnish club Rovaniemi Santasport , with whom he became Finnish runner-up in 2009. A year later he won the Spanish Cup with Unicaja Almería and reached second place in the league. Then the German Bundesliga club SCC Berlin signed the Latvian international . After a season in Germany he went to the Greek club Iraklis Thessaloniki . When TV Bühl needed a replacement for the dismissed Brazilian Danilo Cruz de Carvalho in January 2012 , Koržeņevičs briefly returned to the Bundesliga. He then went to France and played at GFCO Ajaccio in 2012/13 and at Rennes Volley 35 in 2013/14 .

Koržeņevičs has been active in beach volleyball since 2014 .
