history
The Swiss doctor Bienstock had the house built for his son. The building permit was granted in 1903 and the house was ready for occupancy on June 1, 1904.
The villa was built almost entirely from larch wood imported from Sweden by Bienstock. It gives the facade its green color. Only the cellar was made of brick. The roof is covered with slate. The terrace and the balconies are adorned with a finely crafted balustrade. There are several wheel-like motifs on the facade.
