Villa Heuchelbergstrasse 89 (Böckingen)
The villa at Heuchelbergstrasse 89 in the Heilbronn district of Böckingen was built in 1905 for the manufacturer Friedrich Ackermann according to plans by the architect Karl Tscherning . The building is a listed building .
The building, which is surrounded by a garden, represents the country house architecture of the turn of the century in Böckingen. The hillside location to the south above the center of Böckingen allowed a wide view at the time the building was built.
