Villa Lechner in Fürstenfeldbruck

The Villa Lechner in Fürstenfeldbruck , a town in the Upper Bavarian district of Fürstenfeldbruck , was built in 1873. The villa at Fürstenfelder Straße 16 is a protected architectural monument .

The two-storey hipped roof building with a dwarf house and facade structure in historicizing forms was built for the photographer Adolf Precht. During the renovation in 1993, the original shape of the facade, which is decorated with stucco ornaments, was restored.
