Villa Rossiya

description

The under monument protection standing villa like Villa is a small, single-storey house with a knee wall with small rectangular windows lying whose formerly slated pitched roof traufständig is oriented to the street.

In the four-axis street view there is a two-axis and two-storey central projection with a triangular gable , under which the house name in the form of Villa Rossija. is appropriate. "It is possible that the name" Russia "goes back to the later owner Julius Kinze (1908), who was a merchant and in that capacity probably also traveled to Russia."

In the left side view, i.e. to the north, there is an entrance porch; behind this an auxiliary building with lower storey heights was added.

The windows on the front side, framed by sandstone walls, are adorned with canopies on consoles ; in the risalit these are designed as triangular gables.

The structure of the plastered building is now simplified, the original cornices and corner pilaster strips were removed when the plastering was renewed.
