The Villa Schleifer ( Ukrainian Особняк Шлейфера ) or House Schleifer ( Дом Шлейфера ) is a tenement house built by the architect Georg Schleifer for his own purposes in the Kiev town of Pechersk .
The 1909 Art Nouveau built five-storey corner building since 1986 an architectural monument and is located on the Instytutska Street ( вулиць Інститутська ) number 13/4 corner Sadowa Street ( Садова вулиця ) opposite the residence KOWO and close to the Ukrainian National Bank and the Government building Ukraine in the city center of the Ukrainian capital. In 2000 the building was completely renovated.
