description

The two-storey villa , which was probably built in the 1870s by the Ziller brothers , is characterized in its appearance by later additions and conversions. The building, which is now a listed building, has a jamb and a flat hipped roof .

The plastered building is structured by corner pilaster strips and ribbons and has some stucco decor, which is hardly noticeable due to the monochrome color scheme. Only the sandstone window frames are highlighted by their white paint. On the garden side facing east to Paradiesstrasse there is a wide central projection .

In the street view there is a stairwell in the middle, which was built in 1912 for Rittmeister Kressner according to plans by Georg Heinsius von Mayenburg . There is a canopy supported by supports above the entrance, and above it is a round-arched staircase window with Art Nouveau glazing.

To the left of the entrance was a massive one- story veranda , which was dismantled as part of the renovation in the 2010s. On the right is a two-storey polygonal extension that was converted from a winter garden into a living room in 1920.

The large garden of the property with old trees is also a listed building, it extends to Paradiesstraße .
