history
The two-storey, plastered house with a hipped roof and its bat dormers was built in 1927 in a conservative style by the construction company HF Kistner for the businessman Walter Weber and his wife Johanna Weber, née. Kistner. From 1945 Bremen belonged to the American zone of occupation and the villa confiscated by the US military government was used as Club 99 until 1952 , after which it was returned to the family and then renovated. It is currently (2018) still used as a residential building by the Weber family.
