The Villa Weinmann in Ústí nad Labem (German Aussig), a town in the north of Bohemia in the Czech Republic , was built in 1929/30. The villa at 3 Winston-Churchill-Strasse has been a protected cultural monument since 1974 .

The villa was built for the Jewish entrepreneur Hans Weinmann (1885–1960) according to plans by the architect Paul Brockardt (1882–1941). Hans Weinmann was arrested in Prague in April 1939 during the German occupation of Czechoslovakia . With the help of his brother, who had already come abroad, he managed to flee illegally to Great Britain.

The North Bohemian Science Library has been in the building for a long time.
