Virgilijus Kačinskas (born May 25, 1959 in Vilnius ) is a Lithuanian architect and politician.

After graduation in 1977 Karoliniškės he completed his diploma in 1982 with distinction architecture at Vilniaus inžinerinis statybos institutas . From 1982 to 1990 he worked at the Institute for Planning of Municipal Services in Šiauliai . He was the architect of the extensions to Ginkūnai Castle . From 1988 he was a member of Sąjūdis and from 1990 to 1992 a deputy to the Seimas . From 1996 to 2005 he was Deputy Director at the Center for Cultural Heritage .

From 1996 to 2002 he was a member of Lietuvos Demokrat partija .

Kačinskas is married. With his wife Regina he has the son Mindaugas and the daughter Jūratė.
