Virtual specialist library of pharmacy
The Virtual Pharmacy Library ( ViFaPharm ) provides specialist information , conventional and electronic documents, Internet objects and database content from the field of pharmacy in an Internet portal for online research .
The University Library of Braunschweig , which was the responsible library for the subject's special collections until 2014 , has set up the ViFaPharm with funding from the German Research Foundation (DFG) and is constantly updating it.
Important ViFaPharm modules include: a. the online-contents pharmacy article database, the digital library with access to full texts and the specialist information guide to selected, further information sources on drugs and pharmacy.
The special collection area pharmacy was transferred to the specialist information service pharmacy in 2015 . This FID Pharmazie is developing a new Internet portal which will contain a discovery system and which will expand and replace ViFaPharm.
