Viscount Addison
Viscount Addison , of Stallingborough in the County of Lincoln , is a hereditary British title in the Peerage of the United Kingdom .
Award
The title was created on July 2, 1945 for the politician Christopher Addison, 1st Baron Addison . From the First to the end of the Second World War , he was repeatedly active in various government offices. He was Minister of Munitions and Health, Keeper of the Lord Seal and Lord President of the Council . As early as May 22, 1937, he was given the subordinate title Baron Addison , of Stallingborough in the County of Lincoln.
