Viscount Eccles

Viscount Eccles , of Chute in the County of Wilts , is a hereditary British title in the Peerage of the United Kingdom .

The Viscounts' current family residence is Moulton Hall near Richmond in North Yorkshire .

Award and subordinate titles

The title was awarded on January 14, 1964 to the conservative politician David Eccles, 1st Baron Eccles . As early as August 1, 1962, he was given the subordinate title Baron Eccles , of Chute in the County of Wilts.
