Vizion Plus is a private television broadcaster in Albania , based in the capital Tirana .
It was founded in 1999 and has been operating the pay TV program Tring Digital , a competitor of Digitalb (TV broadcaster Top Channel ) , since 2008 . Tring Digital and Digitalb are the only companies in the country that offer such a program that is also available via satellite.
