Vladislav "Bogie" Bogićević ( Serbian - Cyrillic Владислав Богићевић ; born November 7, 1950 in Belgrade ) is a former Yugoslav football player .

Midfielder Bogićević began his career at Red Star Belgrade and was part of the Yugoslav national football team in the 1970s . He took part in the 1974 World Cup in Germany with Yugoslavia and played five of the six games. After Yugoslavia failed to qualify for the Football World Cup in 1978 against Spain , Bogićević ended his career in the national team after 47 international matches and in 1978 moved to NASL at New York Cosmos , where he played alongside Franz Beckenbauer . Bogićević played in New York until the end of his career in 1984 and made a name for himself primarily as a game designer and preparer for the Italian goal scorer Giorgio Chinaglia .
