Volkmar Studtrucker
Volkmar Studtrucker (* 3. January 1960 in Erlangen ) is a German composer , who initially as a jazz musician worked.
Life
Studtrucker began his training in 1971 on the jazz piano with Thomas Fink . While still at school he began to play in the groups Triton , Papa Caliente (LP Tango for Gesine 1984) and the Freddy Freeloader Group (LP Hello Goodbye , 1983), with which he also made radio recordings. From 1982 he studied at the Meistersinger Conservatory in Nuremberg with Karl-Heinz Schlüter and Barbara Appel. In 1986 he graduated as a state-certified music teacher in Nuremberg.

- 1984: "Excellent performance" at "Musical talents introduce themselves" with the band Triton on October 28, 1984 in the Fürth town hall
- 2018: Culture Prize of the City of Herzogenaurach
