The Volksbank Hameln-Pyrmont eG was a regionally operating German cooperative bank based in Hameln .

history

In August 1998 the Volksbank Hameln merged with the Volksbank Bad Pyrmont-Emmerthal retrospectively to January 1st, 1998 to form the Volksbank Hameln-Pyrmont. On January 1, 2004, Volksbank Hameln-Pyrmont merged with Volksbank Stadthagen to form Volksbank Hameln-Stadthagen .

Legal basis

The legal basis of the bank are its articles of association and the cooperative law . The organs of the cooperative bank are the board of directors , the supervisory board and the representative assembly . The bank was affiliated with BVR Institutssicherung GmbH and the security scheme of the Federal Association of German Volksbanks and Raiffeisenbanks eV.

Cooperative financial network

The bank belonged to the cooperative financial network and thus, as an all-round financial service provider, offered a wide range of financial services from a single source. Other network partners of Volksbank Hameln-Pyrmont eG were the Deutsche Zentral-Genossenschaftsbank ( DZ Bank ) as the central institute and DZ Hyp and the Münchener Hypothekenbank as financing specialists.
