Singing public observatory
The Astronomical Working Group of the Volkssternwarte Singen eV (VSS) is a Volkssternwiel founded in 1983 by a group of amateur astronomers in Singen am Hohentwiel .
The area of activity particularly includes the Hegau region . Like every public observatory, the members try to pass on the fascination of the night sky to others.

The observatory is located in the south-western area of Singen, where the instrument dome is located on the roof of the Zeppelin secondary school.
