The Astronomical Working Group of the Volkssternwarte Singen eV (VSS) is a Volkssternwiel founded in 1983 by a group of amateur astronomers in Singen am Hohentwiel .

The area of ​​activity particularly includes the Hegau region . Like every public observatory, the members try to pass on the fascination of the night sky to others.
