Volta Internacional Cova da Beira

The Volta Internacional Cova da Beira (official name: Grande Prémio Internacional Beiras e Serra da Estrela ) is a Portuguese road bike race . The stage race takes place in the regions of Cova da Beira and Serra da Estrela .

It was held for the first time in 2016 . The bike race is part of the UCI Europe Tour and is classified in category 2.1 .

The premiere winner was Joni Brandão from Portugal .
