Cova da Beira is a statistical sub-region of Portugal . It is part of the Centro Região and the Castelo Branco district . In the north, Serra de Estrela and Beira Interior Norte border on Cova da Beira , in the east Beira Interior Sul , in the south Beira Interior Sul and Pinhal Interior Sul and in the west Pinhal Interior Norte .

Area: 1,373 km². Population (2001): 93 580.
