The advice program Vom Scheitel bis zur Sole was produced in the television studios in Halle (Saale) and broadcast in the evening program. The main content of the program was fashion and cosmetics , but hairstyles and fitness were also discussed. There was a lot of information about self-tailoring or repairing items of clothing, as well as technical aspects such as the correct handling and repair of sewing machines .
The last episode aired on September 17, 1990.
