Votec 221

Votec 221 is a single-engine, single-seat mid - decker . The sport aircraft was developed in Switzerland and manufactured by MSW Aviation AG in Wohlen . The Votec 221 is approved in the normal and aerobatic flight category . First flight was in 2011.

Technical specifications

The aircraft fuselage consists of a gas-shielded frame made of high-strength steel tubes, which is clad with shells made of carbon fiber reinforced plastic (KfK). The wings and cross tail are made in sandwich construction with KfK top layers. The rudder has an aerodynamic compensation. The rudder pedals are electrically adjustable. The hood of the cockpit is made in one piece and can be opened to the side.
