Vromos Island (English; Bulgarian остров Вромос ostrow Wromos ) is an east-west facing 600 m long and 260 m wide island off the northwest coast of Anvers Island in the Palmer Archipelago off the west coast of the Antarctic Peninsula . It is located 5.32 km east-northeast of Giard Point , 11.45 km south of Quinton Point and 0.22 km north of Trebishte Island in Perrier Bay .
British scientists mapped it in 1980. The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named it on 2013 after a bay on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast .
