The Vulcan Hills are a group of small, volcanic hills in East Antarctica, Victoria Land . In the Southern Cross Mountains they tower 6 km southwest of the Schulte Hills .
The northern group of a campaign carried out from 1966 to 1967 as part of the New Zealand Geological Survey Antarctic Expedition made the descriptive naming.
