Vytautas Magnus Military College
The Vytautas Magnus Military College (lit. Vytauto Didžiojo aukštoji karo mokykla ) was a military educational institution for officers in the then Lithuanian capital Kaunas from 1931 to 1940 . The NCOs were prepared in the Kaunas War School .
history
The school was built by Petras Kubiliūnas . At that time there were officers' courses at a general staff department. The course lasted two and a half years. The military college got the rank of Academy of the General Staff. In 1934 there was the first series of graduates. In 1938 the school became a college. A total of 65 officers were prepared.
