Steponas Vytautas Jurna
Steponas Vytautas Jurna (born September 26, 1934 ) is a Lithuanian politician, deputy minister , former head of the tax inspection at the Ministry of Finance of Lithuania (VMI).
Life
After graduating from secondary school, Jurna graduated from 1957 to 1962 with a diploma at the Vilniaus Universitetas Faculty of Economics . From 1958 to 1992 he worked as an auditor, head of a department, deputy minister of finance at the Ministry of Finance of Lithuania . From 1990 to 1991 he headed the Lithuanian Tax Office ( VMI ). In 1992 he was an advisor to the government of Lithuania and from 1992 to 1999 deputy chairman of AB bankas “ Hermis ” and from 1999 to 2007 chairman of the board of AB Turto bankas . From 2007 to 2014 he headed the Mokestinių ginčų komisija .
Jurna is married and has a daughter and a son.
