Vytautas Parčiauskas

Vytautas Parčiauskas (* 1934 in Kaunas ) is a Lithuanian engineer, architect and Soviet-Lithuanian politician , vice minister .

Life

After graduating from secondary school in Soviet Lithuania , Vytautas Parčiauskas graduated from the Kauno politechnikos institutas from 1952 to 1958 . 1958–1959 he worked as a senior engineer and 1959–1967 as head of a department at Mokslinės restauracinės gamybinės dirbtuvės . 1985–1990 he was deputy head of Statybos reikalų komitetas and then deputy minister of construction at the Ministry of Construction of the Lithuanian SSR . 1990–1992 he was director of the design institute. 1992–1998 he was chief architect at Litimpex bankas .
